Haha,I like the Bounty Idea.

Even try to Tk me,and you wont see anything but rockets flying towards you for Days !

Obviously in cities you cant have PVP.. nor kill people with cars..(And as mention in 1 post) Pushing people.. Imagine pushing some 1 off the edge of a building... O.o Awesome.

I like the outlaw idea,since in America's army and so many other FPS's ive played.. you get that idiot who just has to kill his own men for fun..Become an outlaw and fight EVERY 1 ... and die 1000 times ^^...
