Well here's my Opinion.

I would say yea why not ? A lucky head shot...Veteran just got owned ^^.

Obviously the more experienced player would know the map's better.. and would find it easier to find and kill enemy...Though a luckily placed shot can end the match with 1 bullet. (Thats excluding the Special helmet or what ever is gonna be implanted (So i read)..) So my answer is Yes to your Question.

About the Weaker and Stronger weapons..Even a Pistol head shot would own you in most games..(Im guessing it might be the same in Huxley.. But im just shooting in the dark !)
