Or do you mean like, have a separation of servers where people can RP with other people who like to RP then just regular servers for anyone, and maybe hardcore servers for those who want to really get into it.
Who knows! I don't think anything has been said about there being any different types of servers at all. We'll probably all be in the same boat when the game first comes out.

The only problem with creating a server that everyone can mess around is that, that means there is a loop hole for hackers to transfer materials to the actual game. Just a thought.
