I would cut the CPU down to a high end dual core. Quad cores aren't going to show you almost any performance increase in games, only in benchmarks.

I think it's kind of a waste of money to get 4 gigs of ram. You won't use more than 2 at any given point. This is not a place where "more is better" stands true. I am rather partial to GeIL RAM. Its cheap, and runs Micron D9 memory chips, which are the best on the market.

As for PSUs, I don't know much about that brand (whether Corsair or who actually makes the electronics for them). Check out NewEgg.com, look up their FSP Group power supplies. I have a blue storm II 500W. Will easily run everything you need, and at ~86 bucks.

And the rest is pretty much what you want to get.
Though I must say, not sure about the Vista call, but good luck to you on that one.
