1. For all we know you could need a ticket to ride the train, we don't really know yet. I wouldn't really mind either way. Maybe if we're doing well on the battlefield, our faction has more energy sources and our trains go faster. just a thought.
2. They'll probably have something to separate the guns and armor etc. They're still in beta so I'm sure they're still working things out.
3. All of the gameplay videos that show battles are in first person so I'm assuming all the fighting will be done in first person. People people do like to see their character every now and then so it might be good to be in 3rd person while in the the city. You also might be able to change it while your in the city from 3rd person to 1st person depending on what you want.
4. They're taking a long time to make the game because well, they're taking their time to make a good game. Webzen also has a bunch of different games coming out so that takes a lot of time up obviously. I'd much rather them take their time and turn out a good game, then for them to rush through a lot of stuff and come out with a bad game. And I've heard mixed things about tabula rasa. Some say it's pretty good some say they don't like it. I haven't played it so I don't know
