While leaderboards are cool, they aren't always an accurate representation of actua skill/organization (e.g. clans). A lot of the time the top spots on a leaderboard go to the players/clans that spend 12 hours a day playing. If they had a board for points/xp for the addicts and another one w/ and actual skill rating like you might find in Rainbow 6: Vegas or h3, it could get pretty interesting.
