It's possible that the reason for this sudden increase in maximum pop. count is that they have new, better servers to use. So maybe the lag won't be so bad(Be reminded that this is not fact, but just hopes and dreams). Also, this increase in max pop count makes me wonder, maybe they'll increase max pvp count(unless they already did while I was gone).
