Would you consider this farming?

Say a clan has a item request system.

Like say a rare item you just cant find, anything.

You state your wanted item, then the clan will tell all it's members to be on the look out for that item.

Once someone finds it, they give it to whoever does the business.

Then they notify the client, they charge a fee, whatever it mite be, then give him/her the item and him/her gives them the money.

Then they split the earnings among all members evenly, then all the members are wealthy.
