Just an idea inspired by another MMO would be that as you progress and maybe even kill a boss you get a sort of honarable mention like Killer of [Super kick ass hybrid] which gives you added stats for your bravery like +2% movement speed etc.
Other idea is that you have certain none quest but still offers rewards like kill 200 of a certain hybrid and gain a new set of pockets to add to your armor or such
Last idea is that if you ever played GW you know that the leading region like Europe gain bonuses while being in the lead in PvP like more xp maybe 1.3 the normal rate or such maybe the odds of good drops are higher but for the diffrent races not clans as clans aint that BIG
