Trust me this game will be totally different. Lots of people just use WoW as an example because almost everyone has played it and knows what they are talking about.
So saying that there will be a sort of PvP rewards like WoW isn't completely wrong I guess. But I don't think It'll work like WoW at all (grinding the same damn BG for hours a day to get 1 peice of armor). Sure you'll probably get rewards for PvP but I'd think/hope it would be from missions and stuff like that.
As for premade groups, it would be ok I guess as long as the clans didn't abuse it. As in trade exp. with each other to level up quickly or get items etc.
