I think for the most part it will be even levels fighting each other just because all the higher levels will probably want to fight same leve people to get more exp. and the low levels will be stuck in the begining battlefields.

Of course I haven't heard anything about stopping high levels from entering the low level battlefields so who knows :D maybe they'll jump in there just to have fun.
