I tried with Google, and not surprisingly it doesn't really translate very well from Korean... however, I was able to get some info from it.

I haven't read the entire page because it takes a while to understand anything, but it's saying you first choose your race and then go to the face designing screen where you can change what your eyes, nose, and mouth look like, and I think it says there are 6 degrees of freedom when designing the mouth -- ie 6 ways you can manipulate it. Not positive on that.

I think I'm gonna wait to get excited about any info for if someone can get a good translation out of it.
