As far as I can make out from various sources it's looking like this:

Sapiens

• Sapien: One
  Sapien: Syn

Alternatives

• Alternative: Alteraver
  Alternative: Alternix

Hybrids - NPC - unplayable

• Commander
  Scourge

I'm just taking a stab at the Hybrids, as the footage of the game only ever shows 2 sub-species.

From these main races and sub-races the various classes are going to emerge with one race or sub-race being better at certain things than others (as per normal RPG standards).

I.e. The Alternative Alteraver sure looks like its a "Tank" character whereas the cool looking Alternix with white eyes look more like a stealth/assasin type.

Anyway, thats my take on things.
