yeah I'd rather stay out of jail hahaha. As for people just running around to stay away from another patrol, that's why I said they have to be in a certain area at a certain time, to make sure that each patrol meets the enemy so they have to fight.

If you really wanted to do the capture thing. Maybe for some endgame content, they could have extremely high risk missions. Stuff where you have to battle it out in the highest level battlefields and do the most dangerous missions like sneaky past the enemy and taking a base or going on a really risky patroll. With these you could get really nice rewards if you succeed, but if you fail or die in the process, you lose something important like some exp. or your gun or something.
