how cool would it be if they had patrol missions. Something like, you go talk to a certain NPC and he tells you to patrol to a certain area and back.

Then someone on an opposing faction gets a patrol missions that says something like "we've gotten information that says an enemy patrol has been sent out to this location, find and kill them."

The server could time when other people go the mission and send enemies out at the right time so they'd meet up at a certain spot. Or make it so the patrolers had to make it to the area by a certain time so no matter what the players would meet up and fight.
