Whoa, riptide calm down on the math dude. He was talking about server caps, not how many people have a character on each server.

Either way, your math is wrong. It's 9 million subscribers, not 9 million characters.
It's probably closer to 40 million characters.

WoW has a 10,000 player cap.
As you already know Huxley states a 5,000 player cap.
I expect at least 5 starting servers.
I doubt they will ever need more than that, but if they do they will raise the cap/move to a new farm in time.
