This game won't really work like WoW in that many ways, besides the fact that it's an MMO. To get to battles you travel to them, not sit on a loading screen. There might be something to search for battles, but they could just have a map that you look at to find what zone is under attack etc. (i'd prefer that way personally). And yeah nobody really knows how it will work because not much info has been released about how you get into battles.

They'll have an honor system but it's not just for gear. You level up with a combination of PvE and PvP and you get gear from doing both.
