depending on if they respond or not. I think you should send it again and continue to try and get in contact with them.

Just because they didn't respond the first time doesn't mean they never will. They might have just missed the e-mail or had other things to deal with, we don't know.

So if they don't respond, I would say don't give up and try sending it multiple times. Might as well keep trying at least :D
