Well if you'd took a closer look at that picture you would see that to the left of each letter there is a number, A = 5 - B = 10 and comes to F = 25. I believe that's lvls for each grade. Why it's only 1 on F and what it could mean? Maybe the last upgrade to the latest weapon and they dont advance any more then that, that's why one.. Maybe other reason why i dunno.
