I guess they'll be stationary weapons in Huxley..as a prove u can see the scetch:

Im not 100% sure its from Huxley...but still i found it in google image search....I tiped Huxley gun....and it came up....But if there'll be no info abaut stationary weapons we can still hope to see them in game.
