Well tbh it's pretty hard to understand you, but i can tell you one thing, if there is to be the idea about the penetly and you respawn in some hospitale in town or something like that, then you spawn in town and there is no mobs that can kill you right away. With no doubt the will do in PvP the spawnpoints well protected so there wont be any Spawn Killing.
