Most likely they have looked into how capturing resources will effect the opposing faction. Lunarites will be a big resource and mining areas , in my opinion, should give extra cash to the defenders if they win (or the attackers win). One thing that was done right in WoW PvP was the Burning Crusade areas. When you capture all the spaces, everyone gets a buff that last such and such amount of time. If this was similar to Huxley's idea, that's ok, but I do expect more. It's just that, capturing certain things should give certain effects. Capturing a radar tower should give the option of higher ranks or people with the right equipment to see a command map or something. So many things can be implemented with the idea of capturing things. All we can do now is hope.
