Don't forget that the 360 is a beast of a machine... It has a triple core 3.2 ghz CPU. The graphics card is equivilant to some of the newer $500 cards as well. Dont underestimate the power of the system. It most likely has more CPU and GPU power than your PC has. Thats what it was built for. Games, and makeing them look beautiful.

On another thought. I was reading an article about UT3 and its production. The lead producer of the project stated that(for this game anyway, which is likely to be very similar to Huxley) that the maximum graphics for PC, PS3, and xbox where all being made to the xbox standards. Meaning that the best graphics that a PC or PS3 could get would be that of the 360s graphics. So it may be a good idea to try and match the power of the 360... but get 4xs the RAM. PCs arent made to balance the RAM like consoles are you need alot more to do the same things.
