Knowing Blizzard and since they announced Starcraft 2 only two weeks ago, Webzen shouldn't have to worry too much about SC2 unless they intend to release Huxley in late 2008.

I totally agree. As seen in many of the media released, Mythic is really putting a lot of effort on PvP, and to be honest, so far so good (by the looks). OT: IMO, WAR should attract many Guild Wars players, especially if GW2 isn't out by then.
Even though a lot of great games will be released this year, I honestly see no threat multiplayer-wise. Crysis (IMO, the sp seems more attractive and well...the map editor), Bioshock (yet again, the sp), Assassins Creed (another sp game), etc. You are right that Webzen will lose a lot potential players if they release it in 2008, although I sure hope they do not release their retail version full of bugs in order to release it in 2007.
Unfortunately, we just have too few information on the game.
