Your build definately seems solid, for now. DX10 is upon us and we have yet to see any games truly using its technology to its full capacity (I'm sorry but DX10 Company of Heroes was disappointing). Therefore, I can't say if its DX10 ready (as Nvidia says...).

I just hope your PSU is able to support the whole thing.
