I believe I saw somthing in an interveiw describing the headshot-protection helm, which talks about 1-shot-headshots.

this means that anybody and everybody who PvP's in this game will most likly invest in anti-headshot gear. 0.o

i just hope there is some other helm that people in PvP would rather have over protection(I.E.;unit tracking/thermal or somthing)
