This is entirely off topic, but it's worth mentioning. Don't bother going through any amount of trouble to play shadowrun for the PC. It's absolute garbage from all accounts (I know people who bought it hoping it wouldn't be as bad as the previews).

On console it might be fine, but the PC version is basically one big advertisement for the Xbox. If you read interviews with the devs, they don't even sound like they've played pc games ever. They think they were the 2nd game to use crosshair bloom, and have no clue that multiplayer games include server browsers without sticking advertisements in them. It's pretty mindblowing that these guys were responsible for creating a PC game, and it's no surprise that it's so poor.

And despite what they're trying to claim, it wasn't just the fact that they had some old crazy build... the retail isn't as bad as what they were saying, but the retail isn't magically much better than the version they saw.

Sorry for totally hijacking this thread, but I'd hate to see people go through lots of money/trouble for a game that by all accounts is worth neither. Admin might split this thread or something.
