No real concern here, even if it is released for Vista (DX10), it will be backwards compatible with XP (DX9) however you may not be able to get maximum graphics effect with a DX9 card. The same holds true for all DX10 games that have been released so far and hopefully it remains this way at least until vista is actually stable. When that day comes DDR3 Ram will probably have been released and you might as well just upgrade to a new computer and throw in a DX10 card while you're at it.
