Smile Custom levels?

I'm Sure PC Players and 360 players have come across a few games with custom levels, but could this happen in Huxley?? You Make a schematic, collect a bit of lunarite ( Or whatever's the currency ), and a Designer Builds it on a remote piece of land, and you can buy upgrades to it, and modes of reaching the Level, level importance, and others... An Example:

I Want a Level about 3 Cubic Miles in size with three ruined cities, city A Here containing 5 buldings, City B Here with a few dozen, and city C Here. It's just a small outpost.
I Want to use texture map B6, C2, and Q4 Randomly on the Ground, and Map A19, G1, And R7 Randomly for the outer building textures, and B1, F2, 7L, T8, R3,and Special textures ( Special meaning spawn points, ammo supply points, ETC )T5, R20, and H33 Randomly to cover the walls and ground in city A
I'd like to Purchase a Train Station as access, Along with an Airfield for dropships here...
An Underground cave using texture G33 as the first small system, and Pre made textures F394S29H as used in ( Huxley PVP or PVE Level ), Complete with Hybrid Inhabitants Type C601, D7, and P19, along with Hybrid spawn points here, here, and here using Textures G62, F91, and T6 Which Spawn the Above Mentioned Hybrid.

And So on with a picture of what it'll look like complete with click and place systems, or like in the THUG Games on Xbox and PS2. Paying money For it Would make it feel special, And with the option To Edit Whenever you're not on the map yourself, You Won't Feel You Wasted cash for a big F*** Up.. And, as The Creator, you can Delete the map and get a refund, copy Secondaries to friends, or Sell it to someone else for a bit of profit after You've Decked it out... And a contest could be held, making the Best maps Real parts of the Huxley Universe, Which would Ever-Expand the Game!

Anyone like This Idea???
