Suppose yes, but:
1. It will cost so much, that you gonna save cash for reaaaally long. So you gonna do for the ammo.
2. Some o the rifles, for example the sniping one, maybe are going to be 1-shot=1-kill weapons but only against weaker targets like scouts or phantoms. Anyway, it will look more or less like a duel so there shouldn't appear any one_man_army guys with unbalancedgun.
