Xbox 360 vs PC Users On Huxley
Not sure if this has been posted already... and um i dont really give a rats...
But um, just heard about the idea of the Xbox and PC players being able to interact with eachother online. Sounds great, wouldnt be a bad idea, although its abit unfair for the Xbox players, because... we all know Mouse & Keyboard > Joystick.
There is no-way anyone out there can say that a Joystick user could beat a Mouse & Keyboard user... it just wont work out that way. You would have a better reaction time and precision with the mouse over a joystick especially in PvP. With the mouse you would just beable to snap someone in the face... but with a joystick.. its like you try aim at their head as fast as you can but u cant train them properly with their moving/strafing..
Anyway, i think this idea has already been scratched out, just decided to point out the flaws in the gameplay, itl be unfair.
While im hear, ill talk about the FPS (Frames Per Second). Now, im not sure if alot of people know this but um, if you have a top of the line computer or a decent one at that... and get high FPS in games like Counter-Strike Source, you really want to beable to CLOCK your fps at a certain rate. The reason for this is because, if your FPS is constantly skipping from 100-300 every millisecond then your mouse MAY get some drag/lag on it... This happens to me when playing CS:S on zBlock servers because the com_maxfps command is blocked by the server. Now im not 100% sure wether or not it just happens to me but um, it should be taken into consideration.
Drag = bad!
