Like you said, there are a lot of posts about this already.
Therefore, I'll basically say the same thing I always say:
wait until the release is announced. That way, you'll be able to get the best build possible. That's if you do not currently own a computer that can run Huxley.
Otherwise, you could wait until this summer when both the prices drop and the new technology comes out.
You could build the best gaming rig at the moment, but by the time Huxley is out, you're definately not going to have the ultimate computer.
PS: Where are you from? US/Canada? Europe? I mean, location does influence where you'll be ordering from.
