Looking at the fact that Webzen has so much experience with MMO's i don't think you'll have to worry about ping alot.
The most ping related issues are 'your' issues i.e.: low bandwith or a bad connection.
And there will be a lot of 'instanced' places.
This is not some new company making an MMO, this is Webzen we are talking about, so please give them some credit and lets start talking & discussing about interesting things other than to worry about ping issues.
