The only advantage that I have seen mentioned in the Fileplanet Article is that Sapiens: One can learn/adapt to Driving or Piloting skills faster than any of the other three races. (Assumes Hybrids remain NPC) The important point is that the game is not done and Webzen is being very secretive about their end product.
