Death is on a distinguished road
Default Re: Selling Rights To THE9 A Bad Idea?

Webzen is far from debt, I own a 100 shares of webzen stock. from time to time there stock drops but for the most part it has been a steady increase in value. Remember that they have several huge titles alreayd out in asia and they run thousands of PC bangs in korea. PC Bang is like an internet cafe. I lived in korea for 6 years and spent alot of time in the PC bangs. They stay open all night and you can drink liquor and smoke in most of them. Good place to go after the bars close. With a country the size of indiana with 50 million people in it. their consumer base just in korea is enough to get them by. Figure from the 35 million from the china deal and in game ads, i am sure we won't have to pay alot to play. But that is probably entirely dependent on Webzen america and not webzen korea for us north america players. It will probably be free in korea and used to get people into the PC bangs who will then have to pay hourly fees to use the computers. That is where most of these hourly fees come from. People pay to use the computer for an hour not to play the game for an hour.
