A suggestion: Okay, close all recruitment threads. Let people post advertisements for clans, but then close them. Let them work it out through pms and the clan's own forums. But let them advertise. Clans should be up and running by release. So that when people start playing, they can join a clan right away and, and can get the help that members deserve.
