I imagine that keyboard support would be NECESSARY because in the major towns, whith 100's of people in them, can you imagine trying to talk with voices from those 100's of other people talking as well? it'd be insane and noisy! For such areas chat through the use of a keyboard would be a MUST! Unless webzen wants people to rip thier hair out having to listen to every Tom, D!ck and Harry out there.

Edit: for some reason these forums editted out the name of a person, had to flip the "i" with an "!"
