Teamwork > aim, even in UT. It's not even in question. There's tons of demos of teams with much much better aim geting destroyed by ones with better teamwork. Some of the best players are the ones who may not shoot with the highest accuracy but have the mental ability to control the game.
I just hate when people use the word "tactical" to = "slow" because it implies that games that aren't slow are inherently mindless. You can find tactical gameplay in just about any game, regardless of speed. Basketball is infinitely more fast-paced than baseball, but that doesn't mean organization is less important. That's my point about that.
