Generally with people that twink, it's not that they don't want to use their fighting skills, but they mow over the non-twinks, and have to use their entire potential against other twinks.
But yah i just don't think it would be benefitial in this sort of environment unless you are pitting level 10 twinks against level 50 players. hehe
