you're close felix, but not quite.
When you equip all the best gear on a low or mid leve character, it's not to make up for lack of skill. It's to compete with other people who are doing the exact same thing. The non-twinks that try to compete and just get slaughterd... well... that's their own fault. Think of it like a self imposed special forces title. haha
