Huxley Leveling Up Idea
I really would like to see the leveling up in a way that makes sense for maybe not an RPG, but an FPS. Maybe strength would do nothing, but what is keeping a level 1 Rogue from doing multiple headshots? That defeats the purpose of having skills, right? So what if, when you level up, you actually had to put points into hand steadiness?
What if a level one Rocket launcher character needs to put points into his reload time? That way he won't be able to reload as fast as level 50?
I really hope these things are incorporated into the game. Otherwise, the game will fail, and Battlefield 2142 and Quake Wars will succeed. These two games are already going to do the ranking system. What is going to differentiate Huxley from these already outrageously amazing FPS? The skills system and the leveling up. If they don't put these issues into the game, I will be playing Quake Wars or 2142. Not only this, but everyone I work with (whom are in the industry) will not buy this game if this does not happen. It's an MMO. There needs to be leveling up and points put into key things that will differentiate this game from all other FPS.
