well, if that guy uses a sniper he may not be as good with it because he might not have leveled with it.
I don't know exactly hopw it's going to work, but I think a sniper should take longer to level with any other gun and vice versa.
So if that guy isn't a real sniper, then it should be harder for him to aim and get a shot.
