uh easy. if it's through the game, then a sound will play on the PC.
it's like using a telephone. you can talk from a Verison phone to a nokia phone. doesn't matter that they are different.
PC's have microphones too. and should there be ingame talk support, pcs can talk to 360's.
Planetside had voice chat in your group without any other software. same thing in Autoassault. I'll bet anything Huxley will have in game voice support that will be entirely self contained.
