I'm still sticking with my UT2007 comparison. Huxley was still behind UT2007 development if you compare the E3 demos (what else can we look at?), and Huxley is aiming to be a much more complex game. There's also going to need to be lots of beta testing before all of the elements will be balanced well enough for a proper retail release. So unless they rush this thing, I'd expect to add at least 6 months to the release of UT2007... and probably more. Or you could try to estimate how much beta testing this game will need, and tack it on to whenever they start. Considering there's no open beta testing that we know of yet, it's still going to be quite awhile no matter how you look at it.
Through my random logical guessing, I'd say that unless we see a beta on a relatively large scale by the end of this year, there's no way we'd see it retail until after next summer. I just don't think there's any way they can fix the inevitable pile of bugs/imbalances that quickly.
