Nice falcon. One problem I see is that the foreground (girl) doesn't stand out as much as it needs to... I think due to the light around the girl. Try putting an outline on the foreground to make it alittle more cartoonish, but I think it'll make the foreground stand out a lot more.

Or actually, if you blend it more with the background I think would also look good.
