I used to do this stuff all the time using that online phone for deaf people. You just go to some site and type the phone number in and you type what someone on the other end says and if u want you can say BS like "cum suck me" and he would really say that
i left a message on a married couples machine saying why she cheated on me, i pranked pizza places, i phoned some random peoples numbers and THEY GOT PISSED OFF!!!!!!! HAHAHAHA
, hilarious. I even had a long convo at footlocker asking about different prices, then i was later saying random stuff then back ontopic and you see their reactions because it gets typed what they say...i did all crazy things like that. Though these guys dont really like doing this with stupid pranks but if you're creative they get into it and like you, i even say "what are you wearing right now?" did that twice. Sometimes they hang up when they hear his computerized voice, other times they start yelling saying they are going to complain, etc. It's all in good fun.
