No, but if you have files periodically checked against the server, it reduces alot of the ways you can cheat using hooks and other built ins. It doesn't have to be constant updates either, just randomly timed checks. There's ways around even that of course but it's alot more difficult.
Another thing, anti cheats are not there to stop cheaters. They're there to stop most of the cheaters which fall into the casual script kiddie category. IE, those who download a cheat and try it out.
The other thing, this is an entirely new engine. It'll take a bit (A month or two) before decent cheats start coming out due to the new way it's coded. Alot of the stuff you can do with the old ones are there because they've had years to figure it out.
