Webzen DO need to be aware of and be proactive in responding to hacks etc.

Planetside only has issues with them now because they allowed people to play it for free, meaning once hackers got banned they could just make another free account, before they allwoed free play there were very few problems and they were pretty good at dealing with any that arose.
