Well they were billboards, but there we video's on the billboard. For about a month they ran a Tokyo Drift Video Trailer, and it would loop over and over and over again like 24/7. So if you were sitting in Sanc. you would lose your mind because it was so anoyying.
There were also some Air Force Video Ad's but they weren't as anoyying and didn't play over and over again.
My $0.02:
Let players/companies design their own futuristic billboards to promote their clan/product. They will pay a certain fee to leave the billboard up for a set amount of time. Ideally a month, then a new patch can come out at the end of the month that changes the ad's to the next set.
