yes its pretty much known that x-box players will* have to pay a fee also, unless the PC players are getting somehting truly worth the expected 10-15$ were gonna pay.
and - 200kb's D/L transfer will be more then enuf, thats high speed DSL, next step would be.. i dunno.. a dedicated land line..
